What is Blockchain ?
A Brief Explanation 👇:
Blockchain is an Immutable, distributed Ledger. Now You must be wondering What is Ledger 📒 ? Ledger: “is a collection of financial accounts or transactions” It is simply a record of transactions that people have made.
Now what’s “Immutable” means ? Immutable: “means the ledger cannot be changed ever ♾!
In simple words, once a transaction đź’˛recorded, it can never be undone. No one can ever change or alter the transaction.
Now what’s “Distributed” means ?
Distributed: “means not controlled by a single entity”
In other words, blockchain is not centralised platform. it’s a distributed network. Means it’s not controlled by a single person but it’s run by normal everyday people.
Such as Bitcoin đź’˛ is hosted and supported by thousands of people all across the world.
